I came in about 40 minutes early, so I had plenty of time to fill out all the paperwork. If you're a new patient, showing up 20 minutes prior to your appointment is probably enough. The nurses at the front were very friendly and professional. Dr. Hammer is definitely an approachable and compassionate person. He was very thorough in his assessment of my condition and discussing my treatment options, so that I could make an informed decisions on what steps to take next. He was very open about the benefits and drawbacks of each medication and answered all questions without hesitation. If you're not happy with your current doctor, you should consider giving Dr. Hammer a try.
