“Doctor and staff is excellent- time bedside manner instructions listened patiently about my issues ordered more tests some breathing tests were performed by medical assistant who was very clear and polite. Natasha front desk very helpful and fast.
The only issue I ran into I signed up to the wrong office by the ignorant person from another neighboring office and took me longer to be seen.
Pass them straight around the corner. Don’t wait in main waiting room like me - that’s for other doctors.”

Dr. Helen Khilkin-Sogoloff earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at St. Vincent's Hospital Medical Center and her residency at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Khilkin-Sogoloff then pursued a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center New York - Main Hospital, where she also served as a chief resident and contributed to clinical research in the Division of Hematology, Lymphoma, and Leukemia. My experience was amazing. From my entry to my exit. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Elaine the vitals collector/test administer and the medical assistant were both professional and comforting. The doctor was patient, knowledgable and convey her knowledge in a lingo that I could understand. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who needs an expert in this field. She's incredible.

Dr. Heklen demonstrated remarkable compassion during my visit. She listened attentively and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, making me feel comfortable, heard, and never rushed. In a world where patients are often seen as just numbers or tasks, it's reassuring to know there are providers like Dr. Heklen who, despite time constraints and increased patient workloads, manage to maintain such a balanced approach. The staff was friendly but professional. Everyone that I interacted with was attentive .
Finally, when I did see the doctor , Dr. Helen Khilkin-Sogoloff, I was very pleased.
She listened to my concerns and asked a lot of questions . She helped me understand why certain things might be happening . Then I was given an exam.
We discussed if or how a reoccurance may be avoided. My visit was friendly,informative and reassuring, what a refreshing change.

Staff was excellent. Doctor was excellent. Just the wait was the only thing but even so the doctor spent time to listen and explain so understandable. Rather have that then be quick.
