This may very well be the best doctor's appointment I ever had. I did not have to wait, everything was explained in detail, Dr. Raisfeld is extremely respectful and intelligent, and the best part is, I left feeling a whole lot better than when I walked in!

Dr. Raisfeld received his doctorate in chiropractic from University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. He is full-body certified in Active Release Technique; a type of manual therapy that is used to treat the soft tissues of the body. Dr. Raisfeld continues his training in diversified adjusting through The Motion Palpation Institute and holds a master’s degree in health education from New York University. He became interested in chiropractic after it helped a previously intractable chronic shoulder injury. After watching his father’s neuropathy symptoms get better from low level light therapy treatments; he became interested in such treatments and added them to his practice becoming a member of The Neuropathy Treatment Centers of America. Dr. Raisfeld also treats children and pregnant women and is certified in Webster Technique with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
While not a native speaker, Dr. Raisfeld is communicative in Spanish and has treated patients who speak only Spanish. His interest in languages has also led him to achieve a basic proficiency in American Sign Language.

He is very knowledgeable, and gets right back to patients when they call. His office is very clean and nice, and he comes out to greet you upon arrival. He has good suggestions and take the time to explain things. I liked him very much!

Today was my first appointment and he made a good impression on me. He was professional, explained everything thoroughly, and was personable. I am 5 months pregnant and my visit helped the pain and tension in my back and hips. He also gave me stretches to do at home.

Great visit! I felt better immediately and he taught me some exercises to at home and at work to alleviate the stress on my muscles. He also took time to educate me on how I'm putting more pressure on my muscles than necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Raisfeld.

Dr. Raisfeld is one of the most thorough doctors I have been to. He takes the time to explain my condition and helps me to understand my health better. His treatments are extremely gentle and effective. I always walk out of his office feeling better! I can't recommend him enough.
