Dr. Arthur Stein's Family Practice is committed to providing traditional, individualized and compassionate medical care to all members of the community with a focus on comprehensive evaluation and management of health related issues that arise throughout the many stages of life. Equally as important is the application of preventive medical care with the goal of promoting healthy lifestyles and practices.
Dr. Arthur Stein received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Following medical school he completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and currently a clinical instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
He was recognized by Town and Country Magazine as a top family doctor 2012. Other awards include Castle Connolly Award for Top Doctors in Southern California -2012, Compassionate Doctor Award 2011 & 2012, Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award 2012,Los Angeles Reporter Top Doctor 2014, Los Angeles Magazine Top Doctor 2016

My hope is to make Dr. Stein my primary care physician. Everyone was so helpful and courteous, especially Norma. I felt right at home and at ease. Dr. Stein was very thorough, something I've struggled to find in LA. If you're a young 20-something looking for an easy and comfortable office: this is the place to go.

I just relocated here and was in need of a doctor. So I did my research and went to Dr. Stein today since I have been sick all week- he was extremely thorough and got me in for a chest X-ray, tested my heart snd a breathing test- I was highly impressed also with his bedside manner. Very fast and helpful. I was reluctant to go to a family doctor instead of a gyno for my annual, but was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out. Also, he is very accessible by phone and quickly called in my prescription. His staff seemed young and a little unorganized, but they were eager to help and I felt that they cared about my experience.
