I found Dr. Bravo on Zocdoc. He’s exceptional, very attentive and has a friendly attitude and explains everything well! He performed a Endoscopy and Colonoscopy and everything was painless and easy. Follow up was great and I’d recommend him to anyone. Thank you!! Great office and excellent staff as well.

Dr Bravo put me and my nerves at ease about getting a screening colonoscopy. He thanked me for putting my trust into him to perform the procedure.

Very impersonal appointment, barely saw Dr. Bravo for 2 mins after waiting for an hour and he never even checked me. Front office also overcharged me, I noticed that when I received my EOB from insurance, ill be asking for a refund.
on a positive note, the office is clean and has some cool interactive screens to keep you entertained and learn while you wait.

Well, Dr. Bravo is the second doctor that I visit for my problems or gastric discomfort. He recommends me to practice some exams which apparently are good, the doctor sends me information of the results of the analysis with his secretary and they assign me an appointment in six months. The pharmacy was the one who notified me that this doctor prescribed me medication for 10 days. This doctor is missing a lot. I did not like.

I have been a patient of Dr Bravo for the past 5 years. His bedside manner and focus on his patient doesn’t leave you feeling as though you’re just another dollar bill. From the time you enter the office to the time you leave, his staff is super attentive and make sure that you walk with all questions answered.
Dr Bravo has a very good bedside manner which made me feel comfortable to ask questions about my medical condition and didn't make me feel rushed.

Dr Bravo seemed to be very interested in determining what is causing my problems and after reviewing available data in my history, he ordered a couple of new exams not previously performed. He took time to explain his thoughts and was thorough in his investigation.

Great appointment. Liked The doctor and staff.

Dr. Bravo was recommended to me. I liked that I was able to schedule an appointment the same week.
My initial consult was professional, friendly and efficient. I felt that Dr. Bravo listened to what my concerns were, and then followed up with an brief physical examination. This led to a plan for me to get blood work and a CT scan as a follow-up, all which I expected.
Staff was friendly and professional.
The wait time was a little long (a little over an hour), but this didn't feel atypical from my experience with doctor visits in general. Dr. Bravo was also apologetic about the wait time, but I didn't feel like he needed to be.
Overall, a good first impression.

If you're looking for consultative and holistic consideration of issues affecting your GI health, my experience was that you will NOT get that with Dr. Bravo. In each of my three visits/interactions with him, there was always a feeling of him being rushed and over booked.
My initial consultation was about 8 minutes. (I recorded it on my phone because he was a fast talker.) After running through about 40 standardized questions at a rapid pace, he recommended a specific course of action involving an outpatient procedure. I felt he was fixating on one of the answers and not looking at the larger picture of factors, but I was looking for peace of mind so I agreed.
Just before starting the procedure, where the anesthesiologist is briefing me on the process, Dr. Bravo answers his cell phone and steps toward the door. The anesthesiologist starts talking louder and more hurriedly. She can see the look on my face. She apologizes says she has to cover this information with the Doctor present so that’s why she got louder and faster. I wanted to say, "Hang up the phone and pay attention, please. I realize you do this a lot, but this is my body."
After the procedure, Dr. Bravo reviewed the results with me. There was good news, but nothing was found that specifically addressed my reasons for a visit. So I do feel he took us down a rabbit hole by not spending enough time up front with me. And since this was an expensive procedure out of my pocket, because I was on a high deductible health plan, I decided to look for a different Gastroenterologist.
Dr. Bravo has a decent bedside manner when he SLOWS down. He is knowledgeable. But there’s a difference between having knowledge and being able to use that to solve problems. He's probably better at identifying and treating chronic conditions, but appears to be in too much of a rush to treat subtle conditions that may take a little thought.
His entire office appears to be a product of today’s healthcare system - attempting to see too many patients resulting in long wait times and short consultations.
