This office is always VERY behind schedule, I typically wait an hour past my appointment time to see the Dr., and have never received a call to let me know they are behind. They also gave me incorrect results from a blood test, something they only had to read off a piece of paper. I attribute this to them having too many patients, which causes them to always run late.

While the office was very nice and the staff was helpful - dr sethi didn't ask me why I had made an appointment and talk with me about my issues at all. I got a pap and said good bye to. I don't feel the visit was helpful at all.

Best doctor visit I have ever had! Already recommended her to all of my friends and the nursing staff was amazing as well. She's the kind of doctor that motivates you to stay healthy in all aspects and even checks that I'm doing dental appointments. 12/10

Dr Sethi saw and assessed me for 5 minutes, 45 minutes after mt appointment time, refused to fill out my paperwork for my injury that I had come to see her about and then referred me to a different provider for ANOTHER appointment day and time!! She was my PCP, but would not fill out disability paperwork? Will not be returning to her.

Dr. Sethi was very personable, kind, and efficient! Very little waiting, and she seems to have a great team of nurses and supporting staff around her. It was also quick due to the nature of the visit, but she listened well and had everything taken care of quickly. I will definitely return for future needs!

Dr Sethi was very knowledgeable and considerate. I'm usually nervous about going to the doctor and avoid it at all costs but Dr Sethi was awesome and very reassuring. I would highly recommend her. Note: if you want your zocdoc checkin paperwork to go through complete it 24 hours ahead of time. I guess it gets forwarded there from another office and takes a full day.

Was put in the system as a man, did not tell me i needed to fast for testing, did not understand what a simple sports physical was. Wanted to send me to a neurologist for a concussion baseline test when its done by primary care doctors. Left in 5 min because she didn't feel comfortable giving a sports physical.

I was frustrated by the wait time at this office. I had all my paperwork filled out online through ZocDoc, and when I arrived for my appointment them almost immediately pulled me in, took vitals, and set me up in a room. Where I then waiting for a little bit over an hour for the doctor to come and see me. I had already specified that I needed blood tests done, but the doctor then told me that I needed to come back for another appointment in order to have a physical and blood tests done. I'm not sure what the purpose of this first appointment was then, if you just wanted to know what I needed done you could have looked at my paperwork or called.
I did like the fact that Dr. Sethi admitted that with chronic conditions sometimes there is no "drug" to fix the problem. I've had doctors prescribe me dozens of prescriptions that never end up helping, and most doctors won't admit that they don't know what is wrong. They tell me it must be some obscure vitamin/mineral deficiency. Dr. Sethi has a very systematic approach, so she said if they can figure out what's wrong they will. And if they can't, she will admit that they don't know exactly what is wrong and she will work with me to find a treatment that helps the symptoms. I appreciate that.

Very good, The doctor does a great job of explaining why she is doing the test she orders. Doctor Sethi not only explains what is wrong with you but what are the other conditions that can occur because of it. Great beadside manner.
