Hello, I’m Dr. Uma Gopakumar, DNP, a dedicated, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in personalized primary and preventive care. I am passionate about providing compassionate, whole-person healthcare that empowers patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.
I specialize in comprehensive health assessments, chronic disease management, preventive care, and ongoing primary care. During new patient visits, I take the time to understand your individual health concerns, medical history, and health goals. I believe healthcare is a partnership built on trust, education, communication, and informed decision-making.
