The visit went well. It was smooth, quick, and easy. Dr. Sartor has one focus in mind and that's taking care of the patient.

The St. Anthony's hospital complex is large, so I had called roughly eight times over the past week to ask where the building was, and where to park. Every time I went to voicemail. On the day of my appointment, I parked between buildings 11650 and 11750 (since the address is 11700) and called. The woman who answered the phone (finally, a real live person on the phone) had no idea where I was or how to get me to the office. I walked around half of the campus before finding the building. Thankfully, I was still on time. Over 15 minutes into my appointment, while still sitting in the lobby, a hospice rep came in without an appointment and the doctor spent time with her first, even though the doctor was already late for my appointment. About 40 minutes after my appointment time, I finally saw the doctor. She read through my forms, checked my lungs, and asked me if I had any questions. I saw her for less than ten minutes and she sent me on my way. No exam, barely any communication. This was a tremendous waste of time and money. I will not be going back.

She didn't take care of the major problems I was having. Blood pressure, heart rate and O2 all three continue to bounce low and high. She wanted me to get a mammogram physical and see a psychiatrist. That don't seem right.

She and her staff were friendly, however there seemed to be a lack of caring there.. just felt like everyone was on autopilot. My biggest complaint is the fact they never answer the phone, or call back even if you leave a message. Also, they were supposed to send over an order to another center and neglected to do so. Several phone calls later (from me and the center) they finally sent the order over, but did it incorrectly. Long story short, it's been about a month and still no order. So I found a new doctor. Don't waste your time here!

She was nice, but they never sent out a request for me to get a ultra sound to see if I have a hernia like she said they would. Or it was the other place that didn't call me. I mean Sally Jobe, but normally they would call.

She's a great dr. It would've been nice to know when I made my appointment that getting a physical and blood test couldn't happen on first visit

I thought it was very good and this assistant I had seen was very nice! It didn't feel rushed at all like how I had felt at another doctors office I had gone to, which was a family practice that I will never go back to again!! I do highly recommend Ashleigh's office if you don't want to feel like it is rushed and want to feel that they care about you!!!! :)

The first time you see her she does a very thorough questionnaire of every system, organ, symptoms, to see the big picture of your health. Then she gives you a complete bloodwork report with charts and colors (green for good, yellow for not so good, red for bad). She is very compassionate but holds you accountable to your health. She will give you a nutrition and exercise plan so you can achieve your health goals. Their focus is prevention, that's why their labworks is broader in scope than regular doctos. The best doctor I've had in my life! :)

She was very thorough and polite. She takes everything you say seriously and never once writes you off like some doctors could do. I love how she recommends vitamins rather than going straight to medication.

We are new to the area, spending the last 11 years in Houston. Dr. Sartor listened to my history and gave input where and when needed. We are very happy to have Dr. Sartor and her office as our Lakewood, Colorado Family Doctor.

I felt that she was very rushed as she even told me she was double-booked. She seemed to have a good knowledge base and seems like she wants to be through with diagnosing what is going on with me. That was positive.

Dr. Sartor was very thorough and listened carefully to my concerns. She didn't seem rushed and gave me recommendations beyond a simple prescription. The office was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I look forward to future visits with Dr. Sartor and Altitude Family and Internal Medicine in Lakewood!

My doctor of many years retired recently and I was faced with having to find a new PCP. I have had only 1 visit with Dr. Sartor so far but I was very pleased with extremely thorough review and proactive recommendations. I would rate my first impressions as excellent and I look forward to a long healthcare relationship.

I was frustrated with your voice mail system. I was lost between the three medical buildings and tried to call the front desk to alert them of my late arrival and to get betters directions. As you know, I was passed from option to option finally leaving a voice mail that would be picked up by the end of the day as was the stated protocol. This didn't help me at all.

The staff was friendly and inviting. Barb the receptionist was particuarily warm and welcoming to a first timer. The facilities were nice, clean and new. The nurse who greeted me and doctor Sartor were very professional and kind. There was a bit of a mix up with scheduling but they handled it nicely. The only down side was I went in and it was basically a meet and greet. I have to go back to the lab to get test work done and then make another appointment to come back in to see the doctor. This procedure could use revision as not many people want to go to the doctor three times for one physical.

I thought Dr. Sartor was very kind for the first time we met. I'm going in for a physical soon. I've been wanting to find a doctor that is both natural holistic & western medicine. I hope I have found the right place. So many doctors out there are not health orientated along with nutrition and natural supplements. They only know about prescription drugs, and many drugs don't work together. I seen my sister at age 49 pass away from taking too many different drugs from doctors & not knowing how to help her. I don't want that. I know I do have to take some prescriptions like my thyroid & Prilosec. I really don't want to be loaded up on a bunch. Thank you and I hope to work together with you. I had a couple of concerns that weren't addressed during the session, which left me a bit uneasy after the appointment had ended. I had rushed to get in to see her as soon as I possibly could last week and addressed the urgency. The appointment itself went smoothly, but I was hoping to walk away with more suggestions about what could be causing my medical concern. I will be back, as Dr. Sartor is very friendly and welcoming, but it wasn't the most thorough appointment I've had at Altitude Family Medicine.

I found Ashleigh very nice and very capable. I think to conduct weight loss program, she might have a little less life experience than would be ideal. I enjoyed interacting with her, but found myself feeling low after leaving the office. If the doctors' practice wants to really address weight (and I admire the fact that they have a program for that), I think they need to think it through a little more. I have lost weight a number of times in the past following a diet and exercise plan, but haven't maintained the loss, and with each re-gain, have increased my peak weight. Ashley went through a standard process with me in getting some profile information, etc., but it was relatively superficial. I showed her a weight loss program I had gone through before, and she asked me no questions about it; I think she lost an opportunity to find out more. I have the sense that she believes in the program she is offering, but I am discouraged because it sounds like others I've been in before that worked only temporarily. I'm trying to make a major life change, not to keep doctoring symptoms, and I had hoped the your medical practice could help me, but I don't feel fully confident that it can at this point. I intend to keep my appointments, but am not certain this will help me.
