Ashley was really great! I was nervous because I hadn’t been to a primary care doctor in a long time and didn’t know what to expect. She was super nice, listened the whole time, even asked if I had anything more to add. She never judged me or made any critical comments. Blood work was done in office and she was also really nice and skilled at getting the needed in fast. The front desk worker was also helpful and really nice, making friendly small talk which helped me not be as nervous.

I was greeted right away with smiles and a kindness that made a big difference. I was having anxiety and blood pressure issues, so already nervous. As soon as I walked in I felt a bit better. Storm was at the front (very kind), Stephanie took information from me (a great listener), and Ashley (the PA) was kind, listened to me, and communicated well as to how we could progress with treatment. I'm sorry I didn't get the other woman's name, she was so kind, and offered different appointment options/times. This environment, along with the professional medical assistance, really helped me. I appreciate you all.
I've actually quit going to one doctor as I've been lectured to, not really listened to, and one of her nurses raise her voice at me when I was having a serious panic attack. Not the experience I ever want or need to go through again. That being said, it actually took me awhile to make this appointment because of that situation.
I'm so happy to have found this practice. Thank you!
