“This provider was honestly a much needed breath of fresh air! I loved my prior PCP but she became very busy, difficult to get into, and I realized I need a TELEHEALTH option for my schedule. My new provider found here, Daniel Campbell PA-C, LISTENS. He is friendly, attentive, zero judgment, whole patient focused, and very easy to talk to. I could NOT have gotten luckier!! Five stars. 10/10. My wife was actually SO impressed with how relieved and happy I was after my visit, that my wife immediately got on the app and scheduled an appt to switch their primary care to Daniel as well. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this provider.”

I am passionate about teaching my patients the best pathway to achieve their health goals. My background as a Registered Dietitian, with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida, has made me a strong educator, and I believe explaining why leads to better outcomes. I also hold a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. My happiest moments practicing medicine have always been watching my patients champion their illnesses, no matter how big or small.
In my opinion, the primary care provider is a leader and ally in health. They are responsible for applying best practices and coordinating care to achieve optimal health outcomes, addressing both physical and behavioral health needs.
I cherish time with my family above all else; however, I also enjoy cooking, exercising, woodworking, and spending time outdoors.

Dr Daniel was great. I came in for an assessment to better understand if I have been battling with ADHD and he made me feel welcome and accepted.
Was super personable and polite the entire time and delivered the right amount of feedback and information without overloading me. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about a consultation for a mental illness or disorder.
