I was not told that the doctor I saw was out of network until right before my appointment so it was too late to cancel which sucks. I also cannot contact the doctor at all about the insurance or our supposed next appointment that does not show up on the app. I will not be using zocdoc anymore.

I scheduled appointment through ZocDoc, but then received notification to download another app called Circle Medical. This was confusing.
I finished the appointment with an understanding that the provider was going to prescribe me two prescriptions. I completed all paperwork she requested and made payment promptly. This morning I woke up to only one of the prescription being prescribed. How do I message that provider to ask where my prescription is and from what app ZocDoc or Circle Medical?

It was VERY easy to sign up and get an appointment. The NP is wonderful and very professional. I made my appointment to discuss something that was bothering me for years and she helped me make a plan to start improving my life. It is also ridiculously cost effective. I have already recommended the services to classmates, colleagues, and family. Thank you!!
