My visit was Great . Very last minute I book an appointment last week with another office and they cancelled at the last minute. So I booked with Dr.Asim Guha Roy and surprisingly the service was great for the appt to be last minute and he help with all of my needs I founded my new pcp ! The staff was great

Dr. Guha Roy graduated from Medical College in Kottayam, India. He completed his internship and residency at the University Medical Center of Fresno. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Guha Roy has been providing primary health care to teenage and adult patients since 2000. He treats HIV/AIDS, chronic pain, hepatitis, diabetes, high cholesterol, depression, asthma, and arthritis. He was very nice, but none of my issues were addressed, it was a complete waste of time. I was told that my back pain was probably from lifting but was given no advice on how to correct it. I was then sent to do a fasting blood test the next day and waited 2 hours just to find out that they didn't take my insurance and Dr. Roy had referred me to the wrong place. Was not happy.

Appt. 2:30pm. arrival approx. 2:15pm.Within 5 min or less I see the
M,D. who is knowledgeable, polite. Explains my Dx and Rx. I can ask questions. I feel very comfortable with my doctor.

Dr. Guha Roy has been one of the best dr I've seen in a long time. His office was super clean and beautiful and his staff was friendly! Sheena made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. Dr. Guha Roy listened to my problems and was very attentive with what was wrong. I have found my new PCP!

I chose this doctor based on his ZocDoc reviews... I don't know what doctor the other patients have been seeing but the doctor I saw was AWFUL. Dr. Roy was not professional, neither was his "staff" and by staff I mean the young girl who worked at the desk. There were no nurses or assistants. Two young boys were behind the counter playing games on their tablets/phones. I genuinely didn't think I was in a doctors office when I first arrived. When I was taken back to the exam room, it was the weirdest room I had ever seen. It had an exam table, two wooden chairs, and a stand that had a blood pressure machine. THAT WAS IT. They didn't take my height or weight when I arrived. (I was there for a physical) I'm no doctor, but I assume height/weight are key factors when you're getting a PHYSICAL. The doctor was TEXTING during the whole exam! At first I thought he was using a calculator or doing something professional but no, I saw his phone and he was definitely texting. He even answered a phone call! I was so confused. I have never seen a doctor act that way. He rushed through the questions, and the entire exam, but honestly I was glad he did because I couldn't wait to get out of there. I was so uncomfortable and I'm glad my husband was with me or else I would have left as soon as I walked into that exam room. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Completed all my healthcare history paperwork online with ZocDoc so didn't have to fill out anything at the office. I came in aprox. 25 min early for my appointment and I literally got taken back right away! It was awesome. Love the office, nice and quiet and cozy. Dr. Asim Guha Roy was super friendly, listened well and I felt like he really cared. I am so glad I chose him as my new PCP!!!!

Best Doctor visit I have ever had. I walk in the door, and I was already lead to a room in which Dr. Roy was in to see me less then a minute. I was blown away how fast I was seen. Dr. Roy is a great listener and understood all my concerns and I left feeling finally a doctor who wants to help. My appointment was at 2pm I left the office at 2:30pm and will be making Dr. Roy my PCP. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.
