I booked an appointment and the office was closed I even got notices about my appoi tment and no one answered phone
I had to find another urgent care
Shoudl not book an appointment if the office is closed for the holiday

Waited over an hour after appointment time. Was sent to another facility for an x-ray. Was told I would get an email in about an hour as the results of x-ray and five hours later have not received any results.

I had a 3:45pm appointment and was seen at 5:18pm. I waited 15 min to check in and the person in front of me had a 4 pm check in and was seen first. They were very busy. The med tech and Dr were great, just had a long wait.

I called ahead to make sure that they could help me with my issue when I got there and they said that they couldn't and they weren't set up for that. It was a waste of money and time.

The Medical Assistant was amazing. She got
My infants stats right away and was very accommodating. The MD was thorough and made sure my baby was keeping down my breastmilk. We went in for my 16 mo old presenting severe vomiting. Overall the office staff were pleasant and the office was clean. I appreciate the coffee station they had out for us.
