No matter, what online forms or anything you fill through ZocDoc, they will have you fill up all forms once again, so better don't waste time filling anything through ZocDoc thinking, it's going to save your time.
And, you will not be given visit summary unless you request, and you would be asked to come on a later date to pick up JUST the visit summary, which I would NOT say unreasonable considering, physician was entering everything manually, which gave her extra time to talk to the patient and more attention to the patient.
The building can be little more kids friendly, since I relocate little often, this is my 3rd pediatrician's office. I saw NO toys or anything to get kids' attention away from fear of Doctor's office visit.

The staff is very friendly. I did not have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Convient location right across from the shopping mall.
