Dr was good... But if I schedule for appointment online, then they should give me priority instead walking patients otherwise what's a point for book online appointment...

Dr. Josh I was very nice. However, her office was not very clean and although there were no other patients in the office I had to wait almost an hour in the exam room before I was seen. When I went out to the hall to ask how much longer it would be the doctor was chatting with her employees. Only then did she come in to see me. She was kind, but I don't think I will see her again.

Nurse good, but the attitude of the cold reception... When I call back Monday 7/14/14 asks about my annual physical report on 7/7/2014 and her indifferent answer my question and no one call me back. I am still waiting.. It seemed they very slow. Doctor’s friendly but I need her report tell me without the need to change the dosage of the drug. I don't know is the problem from reception or what. It was different than my previous doctor. I change because too far for me. I may look doctor from Emory john’s creek hospital.

When I got there I was for one not impressed with the appearance of the waiting room. It has a big dirty stain on the rug which to me reflects cleanliness. Also there was no warm greeting or smiles from behind the counter of the reception area for me when I arrived as a new patient. I signed in and sat down and waited for someone to call me back to the counter to sign a form and ask for my id's. I signed the form and sat back down and no one said a word for 30 minutes or more to set any expectations for me. I just didn't have a good vibe or sense any friendliness in the atmosphere but after I went back and had my appointment and met the d's assistant and the Dr., I left there feeling very good and glad that I had kept my appointment. Dr. and assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable and caring. Also, another thing I would have expected is that the Dr. & Assistant would have introduced themselves by saying their name since it was my first visit. Yes, I expect a lot from a professional Dr. visit. It's my body and life. We should have large expectations.
