Staff was not attentive. I refilled paperwork because online paperwork did not transfer. I waited over my house to be seen. Once I was in the back it was another 20 min before provider came. I’ve waited over a week for lab work. I called and they are stating they will Call me once completed. No updates. Nothing.

Great doctor and staff. Dr. White took time and listened to what I was saying regarding my health, and provided some great alternatives. The staff was amazing, friendly and very personable.

The Doctor herself was amazingly connected into wanting to really know my history of my health and she was a great listener as well as great bedside manners. The front office staff on the other hand was attitudinal for no reason (I would hate to say because I was black BUT I watched how they treated everyone else and I was waiting to be treated like that and when it came to me it was attitude for no reason) REALLY will be going back because I don’t take how people feel about me personally ITS HOW THE DOCTOR takes care of me and she did AN AMAZING job. (1st timer)
