From start to finish, I had an amazing first experience. I called to inform the staff that I would be late and offered to reschedule. The staff member reassured me of their grace period and offered to still see me as long as I was within that time period. I previously uploaded my medical forms and check-in was a breeze. I was taken back almost immediately and met with a smile and friendly nurse. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Tibebu was in the room in less than 5 minutes and took time to listen to my concerns and communicated with great eye contact. The staff knew exactly what I needed when I returned to the front desk. Need I say more? I would highly recommend Dr. Tibebu and all who support her. Clinicians are just as important as those who support them.

I went for a physical but no one mentioned I would have to fast prior so that I could get blood work so I couldn't get it done. I mentioned that I had concerns about my weight and she just gave a me a generic spill about how I need to move more and eat healthier.

This was my first visit to the office seeing Dr T and it definitely surpassed my expectations of my experience with her. She was very approachable and definitely patient and attentive. She took her time in actually getting to know me and hearing my story. My visit wasn't rushed at all and that's what I highly appreciate the most! She is literally the best! I would recommend her to anyone, I'm so happy I found her through Zocdoc! I'm definitely staying with her.

She is nice and makes it easy to talk to. The only recommendation i would have is for her to review or take a look at the paperwork already completed as she asked the same questions on the form.
would recommend for the front office assistant to verify information more discretly (lower tone or ahow things on paper to verify information). Overall very nice and approachable staff

The visit was very nice. The staff were very professional and friendly. Dr. Tibebu was good and very caring.
Only complaints - I filled out the forms on line, but had to complete them again in the office. If I have to complete 6 pages of questions in writing, why fill out online. And secondly they were unable to do the blood work part of my physical because I was not told I needed to fast, and had eaten. So I have to go back. It's not too much of a problem because I live about 10 minutes from the office, but it would have been nice to have completed everything in one visit.
I changed insurance this year, and this is my first visit with Dr. Tiibebu and didn't know what to expect. I'm very satisfied with my choice and hope the service continue and I will keep her as my primary doctor.
