Hands down best mental health professional I have encountered over the past 10 years. She has been the first to truly listen to my needs and concerns and not just instantly led to filling me with useless and not needed medications. We have worked towards my goals since the beginning and she’s never let myself or herself stray from that. I HIGHLY recommend Audrey if you’re looking for help.

Dr Spears is the first doctor to really listen to me. I think she’s stuck with me for a while because she’s simply amazing. She’s smart and compassionate. I feel like I can share how I’m really feeling and that’s rare for me! I drive from a different city just to see her and that’s also rare for me. If you’re looking for a new doctor, this is the one.

I’ve been with LifeStance for about but now and they have been so wonderful. My original provider left but they made the transition to my current provider seamless and easy. Also being able to use telehealth for my appts makes it easier for me to keep up with my care without worrying about missing work
