While Dr. Uknis seems like a nice person , her office staff is absolutely awful and flat out incompetent. I called for lab results on 9/12, that call went ignored and unreturned. I Called back over a week later, and finally heard back from them...today 9/26. My appointment was 9/5. They claim they never got my first message, which was left with a human there.
Without going into too much detail, there are also MAJOR issues on the back end when it comes to billing and insurance. It's also confusing to find this practice if you haven't been before. There are multiple buildings and no clear markings about which providers are where. Expect to walk around and plan accordingly, although they'll keep you waiting anyway.
It's hard to find a good rheumatologist and I trusted in the Temple name. Never again....
