When feeling significantly ill and unable to get a tele health appointment with my usual doctor, I discovered Shamrock nearby and was able to make a same day appointment with a APRN. The office was lovely and felt more like a spa, the front staff were welcoming and reassuring. Kaitlin the PRN was professional, personable, competent, listened well, checked all she needed to, the avert my worst case scenarios, and clearly explained her diagnosis after tests, and recommended a treatment plan that added to what I had been doing. This addition made all the difference. I not only would recommend them but will be going back again.
