Zocdoc, please remove this doctor from network. They do not value your time. First time, filled out the paperwork after 4 times, online, front desk, inside and again inside the treatment area! Doctor don't care or bother to tell you why he is late. Second visit, walked out after waiting 45 minutes after a scheduled a followup. Worst facility ever! please save yourself a visit

Waiting time about an hour!
He's a good doctor and very friendly. I never had an issue with him before. My only complaint is that since I changed to Medicaid the attention changed as well. It was so obvious he even mention it so he noticed that I had a different insurance now. Barely made eye contact. He spent most of the time looking at the computer. Didn't took the time to understand my issue. I went there with FLU symptoms and he said I had an allergy. He never performed a test or anything to verify If I had the FLU or anything else. Later on I had to go to emergency with fever and so much cough. Guess what? FLU! I feel disappointed. I've been his patient for several years.

I haven't been to get a yearly check up or gone in to see any doctors in years. Reasons because I had bad experiences at Cleveland Clinic Weston and because of medical fraud they attempted with me years ago. I recently decided to go to get a check up and unlike any other doctor I've seen he was absolutely great. If you feel hesitate to get a check up I would recommend you give him a chance. I was very professional and answered all of my questions. He also sent me to get necessary blood work done and then patiently sat down and informed me of the results unlike many other doctors that I have been to before. 5 Stars!!!!

I have a longtime habit of not trusting doctors very much and I made the consideration to visit Dr. Torres because of peer reviews on ZocDoc. In my experience based on perception it became obvious that majority of his patient audience is of the elderly community. The staff is welcoming and professional. Wait time is an opportunity as well as finding their location. The office is located in the suites behind Planet Fitness gym perpendicularly adjacent to I-75 highway in Hialeah Gardens Blvd. After my follow-up with Dr. Torres I've decided to continue my patient-relationship with him because he shows patience, listens and ability to empathize/sympathize. However, I do feel better that I encouraged him to research more about HIV preventive medication (PrEP) because it is now a more common topic it is worth noting to spread awareness of it. Give him a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I really dislike going to the doctor for several reasons: long wait, rude staff, or rude doctor. However, this was such a different experience. The doctor had wonderful bedside manner, the staff was nice, and the wait didn't leave me with gray hair. I am happy to say that I now have a primary care doctor, and I will recommend him to others.

The wait was long, but when he saw me. He made me feel very comfortable and took his time to understand my issue. I been trying to look for a family doctor in Broward county for almost 2 years and I finally found the one I'm keeping. Hopefully next time I don't have to wait too long, overall Dr. Torres is excellent.
