I was nervous about seeing Dr Bairan because she is primarily a pediatrician but Dr Bairan is knowledgable and has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and I've found my new primary care doctor!

My visit was great. I highly recommend Dr. Aurora Bairan. She was very thoughtful and kind. Honestly one of the best doctors I have ever visited. Her recommendations and advice were excellent. She is an amazing doctor.

Aside from the office's lack of professionalism, I have been trying for OVER TWO MONTHS to follow up after my visit. I was told I'd need to return in 2 weeks for additional vaccines, but not only have I been able to ask which ones, but her assistant keeps claiming I don't have appointments on the books. There's no one to talk to on the phone, and I literally just want my test results so that I can share them with another doctor. Of course, they won't share them, and they're claiming that my insurance is denying coverage, so I'm really in a rut here. DO NOT BOOK.

The doctor didn’t show up *in the office* even after 15mins of our appointment time. The receptionist told me that’s normal for the doctor as she lives in NJ. Insane.

It was very difficult working with this Doctor, getting in contact with the office to have documents sent to the hospital took WEEKS! It was like no one was answering the phone and no one wanted to help. I will not return.

I don't believe her practice cares much about peoples major health issues and her practice is very backed up on providing test results. I would not recommend anyone going to Dr. Bairans office, I have been her patient of hers for over a year now and the only reason I continued going back to her is because her office is conveniently 1 block away from my office. Her office is hardly open and no one is available to answer phone calls. Each time I made an appointment her secretary had rescheduled me. I also I ended up waiting more than an hour just to see her, and it literally took 2 hours just to leave her office each time. She might be a nice lady but she hasn't been helpful regarding my health concerns. When I requested bloodwork she misread the date on my last bloodwork (even though it was done 2 years ago) and advised me that it wasn't necessary to get new bloodwork. Her office is not sanitary at all, they wear dirty white gowns and she gave me shots without putting on gloves. I've also requested an STD test at her office and I had to take the test 3 times since the secretary messed up on my lab work. I've been requesting the results for this tests for over 6 weeks now along with my medical records and the secretary has been pushing me off telling me she never received the results and that she will email me. I need to urgently send these results to my obgyn, and there's no one I can reach at her office since she's hardly there. Finally, when I was able to reach her secretary yesterday she told me I can pick the records up today, I ended up going there during my lunchtime there was no one there. This office is such a chaos, the quality of care is very poor for the insurance I have provided them.

I liked the way how she made me feel. She is easy to talk to and very friendly. However, I've been trying to follow up about my initial consultation for the past 4 months. Been leaving voice msg and emails and nothing, NOTHING. I'm very frustrated with them. Also, if you're looking for more of a high tech and clean place, this is not the place for you.
