Dr. Austin Hill is a caring and diligent orthopedic and trauma surgeon serving the communities of Round Rock and Austin, TX. Dr. Hill attended the University of Texas in Houston, where he earned his medical degree, and completed his master’s degree in public health. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of South Carolina, Greenville Health System. Dr. Hill continued his training by completing a fellowship in orthopedic trauma and business at Reno Orthopaedic Clinic. This fellowship provided Dr. Hill with additional training in the treatment of pelvis and acetabular fractures, complex orthopaedic trauma injuries, joint reconstruction, pediatric fractures, and healthcare business administration.
Dr. Hill is a part of Austin Skeletal Trauma Specialists since September, 2013. In addition to a busy clinical practice, Dr. Hill is committed to advancing medicine through research and education. He has presented research papers at local, regional, and national meetings, and has been an invited guest speaker at many national orthopedic meetings. In 2014 alone, he published seven scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals including the prestigious Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and the Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma.

Not thrilled with my visit and wouldn't see this doctor again. The office was very unorganized and I feel like nothing was accomplished during my very long visit.
I submitted my paperwork online before the appointment, then filled it all out again in the waiting room, then was asked all of the same questions by the intake nurse, the doctor's assistant, then the X-ray tech, and next the PA, and finally the doctor. Such a waste of time.
I will be looking for another doctor to help with my issue and suggest you do the same.
