“I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and patient interest of the staff starting with the front desk representative. She was patient, helpful, and understanding. She assisted me through each stage of getting the information that I needed regarding my visit. The tech was also very friendly, patient, and thorough even though I overheard that her co-worker did not make it in. She managed to get everything that was required of her done with expediency and efficiency. The medic was also patient and took time to ensure that I understood everything he did and the results associated with it. I plan to recommend this location to everyone. If bonuses are given for great work, these 3 employees should receive them. ”

My son and I had an overall positive experience. The office was nice and new. The provider my son was great! He listened and asked questions and had a nice bedside manner. My only complaint would be, upon check in I hadn’t completed paperwork. However, I arrived early to complete any necessary paperwork. The front office girl made a comment that they had “sent paperwork two hours ago”, I had left my phone in the car. I walked out of the office and grabbed my phone from my car to complete the paperwork that was, “sent to me”. Naturally I was unable to complete paperwork from my phone due to technical difficulties. In the long run the front office lady handed me a tablet to complete the paperwork that was sent to me. I would definitely return to this location. In the future, I’d like to see office staff offer tablets in office for families who have not completed paperwork vs expecting them to complete forms from cell phones.

I can to HUTTO on a holiday trip. Had a nagging deep cough, following a 3-wk viral respiratory illness. The on staff doc prescribed antibiotic, inhaler, and steroid, which resulted in good progress to health. Very happy my son recommended that I go there.

I had an emergency and needed to see someone asap. Not wanting to go to an emergency room, i opted for this urgent care. When I got there, office was nice, staff were friendly, the doctor was very nice, funny, and thorough with his assessments. I also had almost 0 wait time, this is with an appointment though. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

Dr clay eased my mind about my back injury and guided me to a safe return to the gym. I hope not to need to return but if I'm ever without insurance and need care again, I won't hesitate.

I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I’m not certain this person had seen shingles before. To pay too much money to only come away with an only an antiviral prescription seems like a rip off . No advice on how to deal with the painful rash.

The doctor did not do a good job of examining me further. He didn’t even explore the possibility that I could have an inner ear infection even though I kept stressing that is what I feel like I have based on my symptoms. Just wanted to prescribe me pain meds and send me out the door even though something is obviously very wrong for me to be in this level of pain.

Staff was extremely busy with walk-ins and appointments, however they remained friendly,and professional. They were also very informative as it was was first time so I had a few questions. I only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room , and not even 3 minutes before staff entered to assist me. I will definitely be returning for future medical visits as needed.

My experience was amazing! I entered my information on line ahead of time. When I arrived, I was seen right away by the most friendly and compassionate staff. The doctor on staff was the kindest person and listened and took great care of me. I could tell they all genuinely cared about my well being. I was visiting my daughter in TX who just had a baby and wanted to make sure I was ok to be around everyone. They put my mind at ease and made sure I didn’t have anything to be concerned with. They told me exactly what to get over the counter and I am feeling better already! Next time I visit, if I need to see a doctor, they will be my first choice.

The entire staff was friendly and attentive to my young grandson’s needs. We had to go back a second time because his condition worsened unexpectedly. Their treatment plan for him was very effective and he is doing much better. I would recommend this clinic.
