I had a great visit with the doctor. The front office staff was not very friendly. When I arrived there were 2 people working. One was check in and the other checkout. I was standing waiting for my time at the check in window. Once the lady ahead of me was finished, the worker closed the window and started talking to her co workers. She never acknowledged me. Finally the checkout lady said I could come around.

More about Dr. Austin Horrocks, DO
Dr Horrocks is a graduate from Brigham Young University. Following undergraduate studies, he earned a medical degree from Midwestern University.
The osteopathic medical training peaked his interest in the complicated relationship between the form and function of the human body, and the consequences of injury to this delicate system. He then completed an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2018. He finished medical training by completing a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Utah. He is double Board Certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is an active member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, American Academy of Pain Medicine, and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
Dr Horrocks has extensive experience in treating chronic pain. He is an expert in utilizing multiple modalities to treat a variety of complicated pain conditions including: failed back surgery syndrome, sciatica, arthritis, cancer pain, musculoskeletal pain, joint pain, and more. While decreasing pain is always the number one goal, Dr Horrocks places special emphasis on the restoration of function to allow patients to have meaningful participation in daily activities.
In his free time, Dr Horrocks enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and exercising.
