About Dr. Blake Young

Dr. Young and his wife Alicia recently made the move from North Texas to Harker Heights. Alicia is a children's book illustrator and painter, and she is excited about capturing scenes of the beautiful rolling hills in this area of Texas. Dr. Young is eager to provide a variety of health services to the community. When asked about his accomplishments, he says, "I believe that once you focus your mind on a given goal, anything can be accomplished with God's help, discipline, and perseverance." He feels blessed to have this opportunity and is known to have a competitive spirit both in sports and everyday life. Dr. Blake Young earned his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University, then pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University, graduating in 2010. He continued his education at Wayland Baptist University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree and later earned his Registered Nurse degree in 2012. Outside of the office, Dr. Young enjoys incorporating nutrition and exercise into his daily routine. When time allows, he loves playing tennis and golf, as well as engaging in outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking.
