The office space is very nice and you are normally seen right away. I personally go base on connection and total manner treated, I don’t feel no connection with the doctor and feel like I’m just a number when seen. None of the labs are done in the office but that’s pretty common around the metropolitan area. when I showed concern about an issue the doctor checked but from a distance, which I found very odd!

Solo practice so a bit different than I was used to. The office is hard to find but I managed to find it. The doctor is nice but we just had a rough start. The services are pretty limited to only the examination by the doctor so if there is anything additional needed like lab work you would need to go somewhere for that service.

Dr. Forouzesh was great. She has a warm welcoming personality. This was my first visit to her office. It was for a routine annual physical. She made me feel comfortable and completely at home upon entry to her new office space. She came with rave reviews from a friend and once I met her I knew that I wanted her as my GP. She is responsive and makes it a point to understand the needs of her patients.

Overall the physician was decent. The receptionist was on leave, thus I waited outside for a while, left, then was called back. 2nd the documents I sent through Zocdoc made it through, but not all of them. Lastly they only take cash or check, thus I had to walk to an ATM. The only other thing that was a bit odd, she asked me if I was a smoker to this I replied "once every 3 months or so, I smoke a cigarette". "What does that even mean" was her response.....Overall not great, but the flip side is she has last minute appointments available :)

Spent a lot of time with me to develop a solid short and long-term strategy for my healthcare. She is extremely professional and very thorough. She makes me feel very comfortable and addresses all my concerns.
I did not have insurance and she helped me to afford the visit and the required tests.

Today I had my 1st visit with her for my Annual Checkup. Everything went very well and I will be coming back next week to go through the results. She listens, gives you enough time for you to explain and gives you her opinions in a very kind way. It is rare to find a doctor that is kind, makes jokes and is not rushing you out the door the second you arrive.

I met with Dr. Avisheh Forouzesh early last year and she was very patient, meticulous, and thorough in the check up. Hence I scheduled an appointment this year.
This time the office called to tell me that the original time slot I had booked, although confirmed, was taken so I would have to reschedule. They gave ample notice so I had no issues and gladly rescheduled on Zoc Doc. When it was the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received a call from the office 10 minutes before the appointment that the doctor had a family emergency and would not be able to see me. This was understandable as well so I went ahead and rescheduled for the following week.
When it came to this second rescheduled appointment, I arrived on time. I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room and then the assistant told me that the doctor was on the way and would arrive in about 10 minutes. I then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes (at this point I had waited 35 minutes) but she had not arrived yet. I had no idea how much longer I had to wait and I had to get to work so I stepped out without being seen. When I called back to let the office know I had to leave the doctor did apologize but at this point it was the 3rd appointment I had tried with her and could not trust the inconsistency anymore.
