The staff here is extremely rude....especially the young lady in billing. She has called me twice in a 1 year period about a balance I wasn't even made aware of until 3 months ago, of which both times I was in the middle of a highly stressful conference for my work and had to explain to her several times that I could not talk. I called her back twice before she return my call today with a horrible, entitled attitude. She refused to work with me on the balance and even refused to tell me what the balance was. I told her that I didn't mind waiting until my balance was paid before booking another appointment with Dr. Shaikh however, she refused to have a civilized conversation with me. I asked her to speak with a manager and she responded with 'This is it." I then replied, "You are not the only person in the office. There has to be someone else I can have this conversation with."
She ended the conversation by saying 'I'm canceling your appointment, go see Urgent Care from now on." and hung up on me.
This is a shame because Dr. Shaikh is such a beautiful soul. I hate that she has this army of unreasonable militants blocking her blessings.

The wait was way to long for only a few patients to be in the waiting room
And she wasn't the only attending. She was very quick didn't really ask much or try and get any other type of history. Didn't really change anything but just give me a prescription for the same thing I was on didn't even look into other options.
Having to go to different rooms is a hassle
The doctor had a student doctor with her and it wasn't right to let him in rooms. By himself with patients

I thought it overall went well. I was a bit confused when one of the office staff tried to ask most of my physical/background questions from memory (it seems some form/checklist was missing/inaccessible). Otherwise, Dr. Shaikh was great and kudos to her lab tech who did a great job with my blood work.

The doctor is AMAZING. I was so comfortable there. We talked about my health goals and then she asked about my life plan. She then laid out a plan to meet my health goals that fit in my life plan. She was so very helpful and non-judgemental. I finally found a primary care doctor!!

Dr. Shaikh was very patient and holistic in her approach to treating me as a new patient. She made sure that we weren't just treating symptoms and she wanted to understand health in my life from a variety of different factors.
