About Dr. Nzota Nsona Koyagialo
Nzota Nsona Koyagialo, MD attended Medical College of Georgia, graduating with her medical degree in 2020. Post-medical school, Dr. Nsona completed her Family Medicine residency in 2023 at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA.
Dr. Nsona pursued a medical degree to merge her nursing experience with the analytical acumen of medicine. She aims to provide a holistic approach to patient care while advocating for the health and well-being of her patients and communities. She is most passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients. She believes that it’s not just about diagnosing and treating illnesses, but also taking into account the unique backgrounds, values, and concerns of her patients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing community outreach, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

I am having a hard time finding the words to express how great the visit was. There’s a level of unease that men typically feel when visiting a physician, which is why we don’t go at times. The staff and clinician made me feel at ease immediately. Overall, it was just an outstanding experience.

Dr. Nzota was phenomenal and very attentive to me and my needs. Obi, the nurse who did my vitals and blood work was so sweet. I have horrible experiences with doctors prior and this office was amazing from start to finish. If you want a doctor, who truly cares about you and your time, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the office. The lobby felt more like a nice, upscale hotel than a medical facility, which immediately put me at ease.
The efficiency of the entire staff was truly impressive. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen almost immediately. There was no long, frustrating wait time, which made the appointment stress-free and pleasant

Went in for an annual physical as a new patient. It’s been a while since I got a check up so I was a bit nervous. From the front desk representative to the nurse and doctor it was an amazing experience. Ashley and Dr. Nsona was so awesome and their warm personality made my first visit a wonderful experience. I felt heard and didn’t feel judged at all. This will be my new PCP !

I saw Dr. Nsona who was assisted by Ashley Johnson. They both have a knack for building rapport. Two classy ladies and who take their job seriously but also know how to have a conversation to ease the mood. I couldn't ask for more from my visit.

This was my first visit with this office. From the front office, to the lab tests, to my talk with the doctor, the experience was amazing! The staff were really friendly, prompt and efficient! I waited less than 5mins before I was taken to the back to be seen! The doctor listened to all of my concerns, she was very nice. You can tell she cared about you! I really appreciated that she told me where she was going to examine me before touching me! I will definitely be going back

Oh my goodness this was the best. First doctors visit. I’ve had in a very long time. The doctor was definitely thorough with my visit, she listened and spoke knowledge and wisdom and took her time explaining things very thoroughly to me. She did not dismiss me and I felt so seen that when I told her That I felt seen I shed tears because I finally had the answer and some sort of working resolution to my issue. She’s amazing.

BEST EXPERIENCE OF ANY DOCTOR! When I walked in, the front office staff greeted me and helped me check in swiftly. I was only 10 minutes early for paperwork instead of 15 because of traffic and they didn’t care. The nurses are SO NICE! They laughed with me and joked with each other like family. They all seemed like they wanted to be there. Dr. Nzota Nsona Koyagialo listened to absolutely everything I said and could not have been nicer or more informative. She heard my concerns and addressed them and at no point did I feel rushed. My labs went smoothly and I could hear people talking joyfully in the hallway. It took so much anxiety away from me. I didn’t feel like I was on a scary planet like some other offices. Nurse Jackie (I may have misspelled that and I apologize) walked me out after labs when I was dizzy. They even offered me juice! This was by far the best medical experience I’ve ever had.
