I am a triple-board-certified child-adolescent, adult and addiction psychiatrist. I worked at Mt. Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center in NYC as the director of the Comprehensive Assessment Center and the associate director of child and adolescent psychiatry division. I am an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai and also at Touro College of Medicine. I teach, mentor and supervise medical students, psychiatry residents and child-adolescent psychiatry fellows, both at Mt. Sinai health system and also CarePoint Health in New Jersey.
I do psychiatric diagnostic assessments, medication management (including buprenorphine "Suboxone" treatment), individual psychotherapy, addiction assessment and treatment planning. I do accept all ages and most conditions. However, I prefer to conduct a short phone session prior to your first session with me.
Please note that I see patients in two locations: 4 Main St, N-130, Edgewater NJ, 30 minutes form Port Authority, 15 minutes from GWB, and also at 200 W 57th St, #1310, NYC 10019. I am OUT OF NETWORK for insurances but will provide an invoice for you to submit.

Great visit from beginning to end. Dr Ozden was patient, polite, and professional. Dr Ozden spent the time needed to truly understand my medical condition and he listened to every word I said. My visit was not rushed and the doctor took the time to listen to my complaints, we discussed options of treatment, and then he spent time discussing the pros and cons of each. Frankly, this was the best encounter I have ever had with any medical practitioner.
Wish I had found him sooner. I won't be going anywhere else for my care and I highly recommend Dr Ozden. Stellar! 10/10.

I am generally very cautious when selecting a physician and Dr.Ozden made me feel so comfortable from the moment I met him. He even came outside the building when I was having trouble locating the office. He took his time with me and let me voice my concerns, my previous methods of handling them, and what I was looking to get out of treatment. He also was very thorough with his questions and definitely was listening when I answered. Very refreshing! I would definitely recommend him.

Doctor seemed more concerned about getting paid than to actually treat me as a patient. He kept cutting me off and I did not feel he genuinely was concern about my situation. He does not accept insurance so you are on your own. Will not be coming back
