Dr. Seymour was very professional and knowledgable about what problems I was experiencing. He let me ask questions and made sure I understand what he told me and also offered alternative solutions that would work best for me. I would recommend him to anyone having issues with balancing, ear problems and sinuses.

He was aggressive at times. He is patient at others. Somethings, I just didn't agree with what he was doing or saying to my child. Yet, I stayed in control of the situation. I am aware that he is the professional. However, I am the decision maker here. Besides that, he was thorough in educating us on what was going on with Robert. Overall, Dr. Seymour was okay, Robert liked him. So, I think it is always best to be with your child during the consultation and the exam. That way you can be in charge and make your determination regarding your child. Robert is scheduled to go back to Seymour next week. I will be in attendance all the way.

Neither of his offices were kept up. Every room I was in looked like a storage room. They never communicated well with the expected number of visits and insurance requirements.

The doctor would not describe the tests he said needed to be done before he could give me ANY therapy, refused to give me even a ball-park estimate of what these tests will cost, and fled the office after so I was unable to ask him about any relief for my condition in the 2-1/2 weeks I'll have to wait to get a freakin' CT scan for a torn uvula, which he showed me on the little screen, mentioned once and never mentioned again as a possible cause for the painful swallowing, infection and inflammation in my throat and which seemed to me to be a logical place to start in diagnosing my problem. I think he's trying to keep the hospital's MRI/CT suite fully utilized, not actually treat patients.

I was unexpectedly surprised with our appointment with Dr. B. Terry Seymour III. It was those rare case when doctor spent as much time as we need rather then quickly say diagnose and give prescription. We had some language barrier and he spent much time trying to explain everything by showing picture and so on. He correctly diagnosed disease and recommended medicines.

Dr. Seymour was incredibly thoughtful and considerate and did every necessary test required in order to diagnose me. He took the time to explain exactly what I needed to know...and MORE! Seriously, his passion and compassion were almost too much! Still, though, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Seymour, I can't recommend him highly enough. He was humorous but considerate, and took the time to answer my questions and speak to me as if I were the top priority while I was his patient. Down to earth and honest, but open to all possible diagnoses, I think he's a great balance of accessible and professional.
The office staff is very kind and accommodating, though they aren't overly helpful when it comes to getting information about things like insurance (who to talk to, how can I confirm things are covered, etc.) and following doctor's instructions (what they mean, what to expect, etc). All in all I would recommend Dr. Seymour and this office to anyone looking to address ENT concerns.
