Dr. Kosari is board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery (ABPS). He is a highly specialized and trained surgeon who’s focus is on complex foot and ankle deformities such as symptomatic flatfoot deformity, cavus foot deformity, reconstruction of Charcot foot deformity secondary to peripheral diabetic neuropathy, complex ankle injury and reconstruction of failed and/or non-union of fracture repair, foot and ankle trauma from high speed car and motorcycle accidents, to industrial accidents and fall from height injuries. One of Dr. Kosari’s specialties is limb salvage and reconstruction of diabetic foot problems, such as infected foot ulcers, osteomyelitis, gangrene of the foot, cellulitis and deep necrotizing fasciitis, and many other problems that diabetic patients have with their feet. Dr. Kosari’s specialized training at the world famous Hospital for Special Surgery and Cornell University, in New York, has prepared him for the most complicated foot and ankle problems. One of Dr. Kosari’s sub-specialties is in cosmetic foot surgery. Cosmetic correction of bunion deformities, hammertoe deformities, bony bumps, Taylor’s bunion deformities, fat pad atrophy of the plantar ball of the foot, and cosmetic toe shortening or lengthening, to name a few.

I have never been treated like this and any office before. They told me my foot was fractured and that I had to go get a boot he can wrap my foot or give me a boot. They charged me for a copy of my x-ray and wanted to charge me to get a temporary handicap letter for the DMV!! They nickel and dime you here like no other! They don't see patients they see dollar signs
