My visit with Dr. Mobasser was excellent. She diagnosed me right away and prescribed me medication - this ended up not being covered by my insurance but her staff went out of their way to get a prior authorization through withina day! Thank you so much to your whole team, I couldn't recommend enough! They truly care for their patients.

I believe when I saw Dr. Mobasser, her staff was a bit rude. Then to get my results for my procedure was arduous. The overall experience was not positive, and thus unfortunately I will not be back.

I have visited this office several times now. I don't always see Dr.Mobasser herself, but everyone there is fantastic. I visited the office for acne issues and received a quick solution that was effective beyond my expectation. My skin is betterthan ever! In addition, one of the receptionists recommended curology, which has also been a life saver. The office is simple, no frills, but very kind, professional, attentive, and friendly. Everything you could hope for.

Dr. Mobasser has excellent bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable effortlessly. She is very thorough in her care where she picks up where you left off - even if you haven't had an appointment in over a year. Never rushes yourquestions and makes sure all bases are covered for your office visit.

I am a retired paramedic, and feel that Dr. Mobasser is the best Doctor that I personally have ever been seen by. She has the best bedside manner EVER, and her medical knowledge and skills are a direct reflection of herexcellent education and training which I did take the time to research.

My first visit went unexpectedly well, I was very impressed with the professional manner the office conducted themselves with, as well as, the thorough examination questions asked upon my first visit. It show the genuineness in their concerns of peoples health. Great job

The doctor is fine. However, the office staff leaves something to be desired. They say they will call you back. They do not, unless it is to confirm an appointment. I was on hold for so long (over 13 minutes thefirst time) while the staff picked up the phone line and then placed me back on hold without saying anything. I called from my cellphone while still on hold with my house phone and told one of the staffers what was going on. I was informed by that staff member the office would call back the next day. I just needed them to confirm with my insurance company that acne medication was not for anti-aging, so that my insurance would approve it. Never happened. I gave up and decided to go with another dermatologist. The MDs are fine. The staff is unprofessional and lie about calling you back or calling the insurance company. NO medical office has time to play on the phone, except for this office. I called the pharmacy and the insurance company for days after to see if it had been approved and finally just dropped the rx pursuit. Will never go back. Once again. This has nothing to do with the doctors. It is all about the inefficient and unprofessional staff.

The staff was super unprofessional. I got my results 2 months after they said they would send them and they made it seem like they hadn't even sent it to the lab when she described the diagnosis.

I thought I had ringworm on my face but the physician said she thought it was dermatitis herpetiformis. Little did she know I've been suffering from migraines and tummy problems for years. Ive seen three other docs last year for mymigraines alone. Turns out, I discovered, after I googled dermatitis herpetiformis that it is a side effect of gluten sensitivity...along with migraines and gastro issues! Basically I found out what's going on with multiple issues I have just by seeing this doc for a skin rash that's troubled me for two months now. Honestly, it made my day.

They were very accommodating with requests and the moment my daughter saw the doc, she said I like her she looks friendly and she was right because the dr was very nice and answered all our questions. Nurse is also cool, front desk ok could be friendlier but they were not rude so all in all a great first experience.

The doctor herself was really nice and professional and everyone was very nice but the place just isn't super well run. Checking in was a real clusterf!%. One of the nurse ladies walked in without asking or knocking while I waschanging to get something in the exam room that she had forgotten which I thought was a bit violating. It's in kind of a sketchy area although the inside of the office is nice. Overall i just didn't feel very comfortable even though the doctor herself was fine and the people were nice to me.

Love coming here, especially because they're open on Saturdays, but there's always a long wait! I've never actually seen the doctor within 30 minutes of my actual appointment. If I'm lucky, it's 30. Otherwise, I settle on in for a longwait. I like coming here, but it kind of kills my day when I do.

The office is overworked and understaffed. I've had problems several times trying to get prescriptions refilled - staff won't return calls, won't provide updates, and don't seem to understand how to direct my call (putting me on hold severaltimes, asking me to repeat the same information, telling me they're getting someone but this never happens...) When I tried to have a conversation with the doctor who saw me, she was not interested in having a conversation about my health - just wanted to write me a prescription and get me out of the office.

Probably one of the best experiences in my life with a doctor and staff. I had a lot of questions and things I wanted to explain and the doctor never rushed me or made me feel like I was bothering her.She was very knowledgeable, caring and calm. Great bedside manner. I honestly was so greatful to have found her because I have had bad to mediocre luck with doctors so far. Her staff was amazing too. Really nice and engaging and helpful and made stressful moments not so stressful. I really appreciate them.

Side note - the area is not ideal... I ended up checking the address and circling around a couple of times because I was convinced I was in the wrong place. More importantly though, the staff was very friendly and informedme of my parking options by phone when they confirmed my appointment. Dr. Mobasser was extremely affable; she was so easy to speak with and made me feel like she's a longtime friend. She was very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. It was my first time going to her & will certainly go back if needed.

Previously had been diagnosed with contact dermatitis at an urgent care facility. Was prescribed Allegra and something topical and sent home. Day after, the swelling and itching would not subside. Fed up and concerned, I came upon Dr. Mobasserand ZocDoc. Found and picked an appointment time that worked for me. Piece of cake. Day of my appointment, found a metered spot across the street and fed it for two hours (max). It's a doctors appointment, so I just figured they were running late anyway. No big deal for me. By now my lips were swollen too, so I was seeing a derm to get them back to normal. Oh the irony. Anyway, front office and nursing staff was friendly and apologetic. They were running behind. Oh well. Finally saw Dr. Mobasser and gave her the super-quick-info-dump of what I might have come in contact with. She says, "Slow down and let's start from the beginning." Cool; she took her time to investigate even though they were behind. Was prescribed a shot and some oral meds. Blood was also drawn for testing and someone mentioned "needle ninja." That's a spot on description. The tingling sensation in my lips and some swelling already subsided by the time I got home. Impressive first visit and my follow up was just as well. So go ahead and book that appointment.
