I had way too many questions and so I scheduled the visit. Dr. Ginsburg came into the room, looked at the areas I had skin issues at for about a minute, prescribed antibiotics, and headed towards the door. "???". I wanted answers but he couldn't sit down for 5 minutes to clear all of my concerns. His body language i.e. body oriented towards the door almost exiting it made me rush and skip many questions. I was not satisfied with Dr Ginsburg professional behavior at all. 1star to him.
On the contrary, staff was very very helpful. They took time to look through the insurance issue that came up with patience. 5stars to all the staff that were involved.

They were all very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ginsburg has a wonderful bed side manner. He explained everything with understanding. His assistant was very friendly and very informative.
