I absolutely loved meeting with Dr. Barry and his staff. They are fantastic and so welcoming. I felt at ease like I have been coming for years. I sensed the high level of customer service even when I was called to confirm some details for my appointment. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and helpful. When Dr. Barry said he has be there 40 years, I was not at all surprised he has been so successful.
I loved how thorough he was. He listened to me and took my health concerns seriously. I totally loved that he sat down with me in his office before and after my exam so we could be on the same page. He asked lots of questions. He made it okay for me to ask lots of questions. I just felt really comfortable. I am really sad he will be retiring at the end of the year because I hope my next physician has as much care as he does.

He was awesome, spent a lot of time going over my conditions, was through in his notes and analysis. Had a full work up done, and then called me promptly with the results as soon as they came in. I couldn't ask for a more professional and pleasant experience.

I picked Dr. Atlas because he was available on Saturday. I did a general health check-up and Dr. Barry Atlas performed basic check-ups, blood test, and rectal exam. He appeared generally knowledgeable about the topics related to me (digestive issues), but the office and his style did feel a bit 'old-school.' He recommended I take an OTC fiber supplement, but could not provide much more beyond that. He referred to a GI who was not helpful either (please do not recommend Dr. Gluskin anymore).

From the moment I spoke with Shelley on the phone to make the appointment, I was impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff at Dr. Atlas' office. Kathy, the nurse who assisted, was also very nice, as was Dr. Atlas himself. He listened well, asked pertinant questions, and explained things clearly.
