The actual "visit" with Dr. Bernstein was great; however, there was a Resident "shadowing" him,& he came in after the nurse. His bedside manners were horrible & I almost left the office because of him. I also let the Receptionist know & she said several other clients had complained as well. Other than this one guy, the office personnel were extremely friendly & I have scheduled another appointment.
