When I entered the facility, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and was impressed with the overall appearance of the facility. We experienced issues when I learned that the online documentation had to be accomplished manually because the systems they utilize for online don’t update to their primary system.
We encountered another issue when the individual responsible for processing my insurance information rushed and committed errors, resulting in overcharge fees. This mistake was could have had serious repercussions, as I am military with TRICARE insurance.
It did not take Ayana much time to identify the errors and resolve them immediately. Ayana apologized for the errors and assured me she would take this up with the staff to ensure this would not recur.
Aanchal, the PA was great. Although she was not the doctor I had scheduled with (Dr Ali Busoul), she provided excellent service.
You do a commendable job overall, but you need improvement in some areas. 4-STARS!!!

Such a clean and professional clinic. The nurse practitioner was very patient with me, answering all my questions. Only downside is that it took a bit to get called back.

The doctor was not there and they put me a doctor who is not the one I chose. Then they told him they could zoom in with another doctor. Very little serious. They made me waste an hour without telling me that the doctor didn’t attend there anymore.

I was pleased with the doctor, although he seemed to be a little uncomfortable working with a pediatric patient (My 11-yr-old daughter). A member of the staff who was working with me seemed to behave unprofessionally and irritatingly (condescendingly and informally), and had a sloppy appearance. (wearing a stained hooded sweatshirt, and torn-up sneakers). Although I had an appointment, and was the first customer of the day, an examination room was not "ready" for me. The front desk staff was not aware of my appointment before I arrived. I scheduled the appointment through Zocdoc the previous evening.

It was a great experience – nice office, friendly staff, and the doctor was knowledgeable and open to my thoughts and concerns within the first 10 minutes.

Easy process, but I had to call the office to officially book/finalize the appointment because I didn’t receive a confirmation. The gentleman I spoke with said that everyone was encountering that issue because there isn’t any language on the website telling the patient to call a number to confirm the appointment. But overall, the providers were great, efficient, & helpful!

My previous pcp quit so I was looking for a nearby provider that would take my HMO. Dr. Busoul was great. I generally prefer the more wholistic approach of a DO. He was very kind and able to quickly assess that my illness was just severe allergies. I was so happy to not need antibiotics that I think are often overprescribed. I think it's innovative and awesome that they also do ER visits "to go".
