Most relevant
At first I wasn’t going to write a review because at the end of the day I received the medication. But 4/5 days into the medication and my symptoms are still here as if it was the first day. The office called the same time the appointment was set for. The doctor spoke with me for two minutes, asked me my symptoms and sent me over to the next lady to talk about the insurance and payment method. I was on the for phone for 35 minutes with no clarification of the doctor was going to prescribe me medication not what medication was being sent. I go to the pharmacy the same day and they don’t have me if the system. I had to wait the next day to call and ask if they sent my prescription and the lady told me she will call back. Hours later I call again and then the prescription was sent.
Previous medications cleared up my symptoms and I was unaware I would be prescribed a different one. The doctor never talked to me about the medication she was going to prescribe me.
I am beyond upset.

Scheduled an interview person visit due to a possible miscarriage. Waited almost 30 mins past my appt time before I came out like what's going on. Then they tell me the dr is not here and is "stuck in traffic" with no eta of when they would be at the office. I Scheduled an in person visit for a reason then tried to offer me a virtual appt! If that's what I wanted or needed I would have Scheduled that kind of visit!! Beyond unprofessional!!!!!!!!
