About Dr. Rajesh Puri
Dr Rajesh Puri graduated with honors from University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India in 1982. Aside from earning a degree in medicine, Dr .Puri also received a diploma in Public Health and Hygiene from the same institution.
His post graduate pursuit includes a 3 year pediatric residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C., where he was honored with the best intern award, the best overall resident award and also the Marie and Oscar Randolph award.
Dr Puri has been in private practice since 1987, working in general medicine for the first 10 years. Thereafter, he served as the Medical Director for the Virginia offices of the American Vein Institute of Phlebology associates from 1998 to 2003, a specialty practice focusing in the diagnosis and management of venous disorders and varicose veins. His experience and interest in venous diseases and circulatory conditions led him to study sexual dysfunction.
Dr Puri is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Phlebology and the American Association of Physicians of India. He is an active humanitarian, a philanthropist and a volunteer with several charitable organizations.

If I could, I would have given zero stars. One would assume that if an appointment was confirmed, there wouldn't be a sign on the door saying the office was closed for the weekend. After a 25 minute drive I pain, I WAS NOT happy. Needless to say, I will NEVER try this doctor again, nor will I recommend this practice to ANYONE.

Our family has been to this practice several times each for colds/flus. We used to go to the MinuteClinics, but found the wait consistently too long. Then we found this team around the corner. They're great at handling walk-ins or appointments. We will continue relying on them when we need treatments for colds or flu.

We met with the Saturday Nurse practioner. She was thorough, knowledgeable and recommended pharmaceuticals that were appropriate for the illness.
The staff at the front desk was very professional, courteous and friendly.
It was a snap to make appointment, I will go back again..

Visit awesome with a minimal wait time of 10 min from walking in the door filling out paperwork and being seen. Dr Puri listened to my concerns described the best course of treatment and executed. First visit very excellent. I even voiced complaints about other minor issues unrelated to my visit. Same results he took care of me all around!

The practice is only three weeks old and there was no wait. I was the only person in the waiting room. But the receptionist, nurse and Dr. Puri were all very nice.
The signage on the outside could use some help and make the place look a little more welcoming on the outside.

My first time at the facility. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Appointment was at 5:30; arrived a little late, but was seen within 10mins, examined, and prescribed meds while departing before 6:30p. Would definitely visit again!

There's a pesky assistant who thinks nothing about interrupting to remind the doctors in this clinic of their next patient appointment ... This has a very negative effect on the patient-doctor relationship - with both the doctor and the patient feeling rushed for time. Not being able to discuss in full the implications of a complicated lab report leaves the patient helpless and at risk !

He was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. I did not feel respected or taken care of. He did not ask about my symptoms or give any kind of possible diagnosis. He did not ask if I had any questions. He was only with me briefly, said he'd come back, and never did. The nurse came in to take me away. I considered going to Urgent Care after our visit. While I like that doctor's office, I will not be going back to him ever.

Was able to make a same day appointment on a Sunday with a primary care physician no less and saw Dr. Puri who was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam complete with a comprehensive diagnosis and then sent me on my way to recovery in less time than it typically takes to check in at a primary care office. The clinical support staff were also great. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Puri was very friendly and welcoming. He was able to conduct his examination in a timely fashion and diagnosed my illness right away and prescribed treatment. I would gladly go to him again.

Very good experience. I had visited this clinic once previously and had a good experience so i came back to great a cough. While walkin isn't the way to go, making an appointment works marvelously. I was seen within minutes of arrival at the appointed time, and the nurse took vitals while Dr. Puri came almost immediately afterward. Quick, fast and effective examination and anti-biotic script to fight the infection.
