Very dissatisfied with Zocdoc because this office did not accept the on-line forms. We needed to complete entirely new forms (manually) in the office. It was a waste of time using Zocdoc.

Came to this Dr. Due to a kidney stone and needed a referral to address the issue l. Waited in the waiting room for a few hours and saw one of the office staff get pretty nasty with the patients. Waiting room was so full we had to sit on the floor. I saw the Dr. For 5 mins so didn't really get a feel for him.. I was told they would call me with my referral and have not heard from them going on two weeks now... call multiple times a day just to get a busy signal or answering system says voicemail is full. I'm having a bad reaction to medicine prescribed and cannot get through to the staff to get help. Horrible service. I can't believe patients are treated this way. I would really like to get my kidney stone removed and would appreciate someone contact me.

I waited about 20 minutes to be seen. They had me in and out in under an hour. The entire staff including the doctor are professional, courteous, and overall caring. I didn't feel the least bit ignored. I appreciate the care and time that the doctor and his staff put into my appointment. I don't understand where there are so many bad reviews. Most of the bad reviews seem to be patients irritated with prescriptions not being filled. I guess if you're not a pill fiend searching for narcotic you'll actually appreciate the care you'll receive from this amazing facility. 5 stars all the way.
