Dr. Bella was great, the clinic she works in in is a disaster. The waiting area and facilities are run down, the staff is rude and I waited over an hour to be seen.
Dr. Bella was lovely she listened to my concerns and took her time explaining my options. I would see her again in a different office but I think that's her only spot.

I visited this doctor because my doctor wasnt available. I mean from the minute you walk in you'll see why I wasn't satisfied. The front desk staff were unprofessional and let's not begin to speak about the attire. The wait time was ridiculous, wait room was filthy and there was absolutely no space.
Now all the pre testing was done by her medical students who were very kind but had the slightest idea of what they were doing. You're being dragged from room to room for different test.
Finally, when you see the doctor she is being interrupted numerous times by the unprofessional front desk staff. Although she takes time with her staff and seems to know her stuff she was just rude and a bit too blunt and I am far from sensitive!

Dr. Bella Gelfibein knew what she was doing but not very helpful with answering questions. Since english is my second languaga I had some difficulties to understand what she was telling me and asking again for explanation was not possible.
On my first visit to the office I had a waiting time from over 2 hours, even though I made an appointment in advance. The office was full of people and once it was my turn to see the doctor a man started shouting at me how unfair it is that I can see the doctor first.
I was supposed to come back in 2 weeks to get my results of the blood work. I was told if the results are unexpected I need to see the doctor again and they would call me. They called me and I came for a second visit. Again, having an appointment I waited 1,5 hours in the office beginning from 8.30 AM. Dr. Gelfinbein showed up at 9 AM. Eventually, somebody gave me m results and told me it is no need for me to see the Dr. ! So I took off a day of work for nothing? And they were sorry for a second that this was a mistake.
All in all this is the worst unorganized office I have ever been to. The blond stuff lady was super unfriendly on both of my visits. Waiting time is always over 2 hours, the waiting area is dirty and I am still waiting for results from a lung test, which they imposed on me. Since I have a very decent insurance they probally just wanted to make money with me. I knew before that Dr. Gelfinbein is a low income dr. but I had not expected it as bad as it was. I will never go there again.

Terrible experience. Rude staff, not enough seats in waiting room. The second time I went I waited an hour and a half and then they told me I couldn't see the dr bc of an insurance issue....the secretary and dr were very confrontational with me when I was the one who was sick and upset...stay away from this place.

I will never go back to this "Dr. Office" again. Reception was rude and the office itself felt unclean. Nothing about this place felt professional at all. They don't even have basic necessities for a doctors office such as Kleenex. It is cash only (and they do not have an ATM) which seemed very shady to me. Do yourself a favor and don't make the mistake of using this facility.

I spent more than an hour and a half waiting to see Dr. Gelfinbein and when I saw her she was rude and unhelpful. She also interrupted me several times as I was speaking. I would not visit this office again.

she herself was very nice! it is a medicaid/medicare office so there are usually alot of people waiting , but the staff is nice and helpful and eventually you do get seen, i have seen Dr. Bella for workmans comp evaluation and she was excellent.

Great Doctor! It's a low income health office so be ready for an understaffed office with a lot of impatient people around you. Bella was great and it's right down the street from my house so I will likely go again.

I thought she was pretty cool. Her office and waiting room are small but the people are a lot friendlier than some of the other offices I have visited. I had to go to work after my appointment and I need to get some lab work done. They said I would have to wait. I let the Doc know, she made a phone call they called my over the loud speaker. I got a needle in my arm and some blood out pretty face.

I will never go there again. This office is CASH ONLY, which means that the prepaid healthcare plan through my employer was inapplicable. I am in shock that there is a doctor that still doesn't take credit cards in 2014 but go here and you'll find the last one. Please confuse removing this doctor from zocdoc. Thanks!
