Had to pay in cash towards my deductible for what I thought was a covered service-well woman's exam which is basically annual pap smear, etc. My insurance covers this service for free, so I was surprised when I was told I would have to pay more than the office visit payment. In addition, the wait time was very long (Saturday afternoon) and I had an appt. Also was told that to get a prescription for birth control was "a second appt" and a follow up is $50 plus office visit co-payment and apparently I can get a prescription then. Usually in the past with other gynos, I can get the prescription during the annual woman's exam..just seems like an additional way to get $$$. Anyways, the doctor and the staff are nice. But I am going to get an explanation of benefits later from my health insurance to make sure I was not overpaid....

She was very professional and extremely helpful. My only issue is that ZocDoc allowed me to schedule a 10:00 appointment even though Dr. Levin doesn't get in till 11:00. Otherwise, great!!

I was furious. I waited over two hours and when I finally was taken to see her she was talking on her cellphone. Unacceptable. Complete waste of time. Also she doesn't look like her picture, if you care.

After booking an appointment, I was called and asked to come in early because the doctor wanted to leave early (first red flag). When I arrived at the requested earlier time, I waited almost two hours to see the doctor in a cramped and noisy waiting room, where everyone seemed to know each other, and we're carrying on loudly. Occasionally the doctor would come out and scream at the receptionist, asking how many more appointments she had left. I was moments from leaving when my name was finally called. When I finally saw the doctor, she was mostly professional but extremely distracted, and even took a phone call in the middle of me explaining my symptoms. She seemed competent, but it was obvious she did not want to be there. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for the results of a few tests, as the doctor is apparently never there whenever I call, and it's quite obvious that proactively calling you is not a priority for them, nor are their patients. Stay away!

Arrived 15 minutes early, yet the physician was not there for 90 minutes though they booked me for 9am. Had me undress in the room with herself and the nurse present which made me uncomfortable. Sent my test results off, and then promptly lost my file and though I called for repeated follow ups, no one answered the phone, or someone answered who spoke english so poorly they were unable to help me. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Great staff! Everyone was extremely nice and I interacted with just about everyone that works there. The wait was a little long but the service made up for it. I would go back again.

The staff are warm personable and skilled.
the same goes with the doctor. She asked how I was feeling of course but then went deeper: my medical condition, Had I been tested for thryroid, heart? Did I have recent blood work? she wanted to see it. And talk. :Person to person. Not a five minute appointment. A get to know you appointment. What a find!

Went there because they're in network with my insurance and relatively close to where I live. Had to pay co-pay in cash before any treatment, which was a first for me. Not the nicest facility, but not horrible, and again, they accepted my insurance so going there came out of not having to pay out of pocket

This is a a great office. Friendly and smart staff. The doc was very intelligent and I felt confident in her advice. One of the best doctor's offices I've been to.

DeberÃan tener más control acerca del horario de las citas y no hacer esperar a la gente más de 2 horas, pues el tiempo de todos es muy valioso

I Doc is ok, but comes in 55 mins late. I had the first appointment at 10am and i didn't get to see her until 11:20. On my second visit for a follow up, I also had the first appointment at 10am. Guess what? She didn't come in until 10:25 and I didn't get to see her until close to 10:45 for a first appointment. I have to say the receptionist and nurse was very nice.

The doctor is very nice but their office management needs A LOT of work! I supposedly had one of the first appts yet i didnt get to see the doctor until 2.5 hours later! The staff are all very nice but the system makes me think twice about going back.

This office is so dirty and so loud. I have been there twice, and each time I have waited over an hour. I have used the bathroom there each time, and neither time was there hand soap.
The waiting room is filled with people who all seem to know each other and who don't understand the concept of inside voices, and they literally shout back and forth, seemingly oblivious to the fact that they are not in their own living rooms. This has happened twice. I'm not sure if it's always like that, but it sure is a miserable experience to sit amongst yelling people for over an hour. I'm pretty sure they don't have any magazines to read, although I couldn't even hear myself think so I doubt a magazine would've done any good.
The room where they weigh you, take your blood pressure, etc. is really cramped with these weird giant leather chairs. The nurse tells you to sit down and then doesn't say anything else to you, just expects you to know what she's going to do.
On the plus side, there is one extremely nice nurse and Dr. Levin is nice too, if it doesn't bother you that you wait an hour to spend 5 minutes with her. She's obviously very knowledgeable but you really have to come in with an itemized list of things you want to address, because she talks a mile a minute and is pushing you out the door before you've gotten to question 2.
I would rather spend an hour on the train and sit for another hour in a clean waiting room (with a TV, magazines, considerate people, and a bathroom with soap) to see a patient doctor who is willing to sit for a bit longer to listen to my concerns.
