I made an appointment via zocdoc for an annual/physical via telehealth which appeared as an option online. I was later told I needed to come in person although the dr was listed as being able to provide the service via telehealth on zocdoc.

i was told it owuld be a one telemed call ,,, after speaking to him i was told i needed to have a telemed with someone else...then they said i needed to change my PCP on my insurance , which i did ,, then i had to wait for an appointment , then they said i had to come in person , then i was told their office was an hours drive from where i live . when i cancelled they said i can do a tele call ,,, they setup the call for 10:20 am , and i waited around until 11am and finally was told that the person i was speaking to was the wrong person and that i would need to book another appoinment and need to visit in person ,,, this game they play and waste of time is what gives the health care industry a bad name ,,, stay away from this group

Dr Ronald understood exactly what I needed to get better. Provided him with my vitals that I took at home and he diagnosed me with upper respiratory. My prescription were sent to my pharmacy and it was easier than going to the doctor due to the sickness.

I had an appointment. They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I tried to reach out but I’m just going to make an appointment with someone else. Nice guy but ultimately didn’t get the help I needed .

It says medication refills but that is not true. I have had valid prescriptions for over two years and they say I have to be reevaluated while I am going through withdrawal. I was abandoned by my former primary care.

The provider was excellent. 10/10.
The clinic front office communication could use some work. The interactions via their platform were curt and semi unprofessional.
Asking for payment immediately twice for a future service, but not having an online platform & expecting me to open a form on a PC, fill it out and return it is a bit outdated, esp. when the expectation is that I immediately provide it. The staff could use some professionalism training and the clinic should have a more updated billing system for their expectations.

Experience was great, staff was friendly and well mannered. Only thing lobby, rooms and bathroom really dirty. I was waiting in carpet not vaccines and green plastic tooth pick/floss right next to me. Toilet stained and dirty spots and rooms full of dust and dirty carpets. Will only return for the doctor that saw me and staff.

Horrible with logistics, I never receive info on how to connect to my video visit. I had to call them multiple times. The doctor talked to me for maybe 10 mins, explained nothing. Said the office will reach out to me for blood work (which I suggested), the office still hasn’t reached out. I called them.. again and no pickup. So so frustrating.
