I just felt like I was thrown a diagnosis and medicine and not truly heard.

Friendly professional enviornment
I had to find a new rheumatologist because my current doctor no longer takes my insurance. Dr. Friedman had appointments right away which was important for me for continuity with my Psoriatic Arthritis meds. His nurse was super friendly as were the receptionists. The doctor completely understood my situation and did a quick exam, blood draw and medical history. Scheduled X-rays as I hadn’t had my back looked at in a long time by my original dr. Looking forward to a long and productive future with this doctor.

Overall it was an excellent experience.
Verified patient
Excellent experience with Dr. Friedman. I had several different issues, and he asked me what I would like to focus on first. Dr. Friedman was listening to me intently, and didn’t interrupt me at all! He answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed.
Verified patient
Dr. Friedman was thorough and listened to my concerns. He ordered blood work and imaging, and my follow-up appointment was scheduled for a few weeks so we can discuss the results. He's direct and doesn't talk down to you. He doesn't waste time and I greatly appreciate that. The office staff were friendly and checked me in right away. I waited for no more than 15 minutes before I was brought back to a room. The medical assistant was really kind and funny and the nurse who drew my blood was amazing. Barely felt the needle at all. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Friedman and the office for anyone needing a rheumatologist.

The doctor is such a good listener. The office is nice. But fhe issue was the booking system from zocdoc is not synced. Good thing the front desk helpfull to squeeze me in today

?????????? “Finding a Doctor Has Never Been This Easy” Zocdoc is hands-down the most user-friendly healthcare app I’ve ever used. Choosing a doctor was quick and effortless thanks to their helpful filters — I could search by in-network providers, travel distance, and the exact specialty I needed. Within minutes, I had my perfect match and an appointment booked. I highly recommend Zocdoc to anyone looking for a stress-free way to find quality healthcare providers. From now on, I won’t use anything else to search for my doctors.

Was able to easily get an appointment , Dr I booked on line was unable to see me but I was offered same appointment with different doctor or appointment the following day with the original doctor. Dr Ben Friedman was very nice and understood my issue immediately.
Verified patient
The Doctor was great. He listened to my concerns and did blood work. I will have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to go over my results.
Verified patient
Dr Friedman spent time to listen and time to explain and time to answer my questions. Highly knowledgeable, patient-friendly.
Verified patient
I waited over 35 min for blood to be drawn and they claim they didn't know I was waiting. Then she claim she couldn't find a vein. I never have this issue. So now I have to waste more time and go to quest to do blood work.
Verified patient
Doctor was very helpful.
Verified patient
Just not aggressive enough with treatment
Verified patient
I read reviews that were negative about doctor and office which were far from truth. Staff was very pleasant and doctor Friedman was attentive and extremely helpful.
Verified patient
I went there because I was having a gout attack. I was sent for bloodwork and put on medication which so far has been helping really well. I have a follow up appointment in May. ?
Verified patient
I would not go back. Receptionist said zocdoc functions solely as an "appointment request" (which I know is not true) and they didn't reach out to me that day to tell me this either. Left work early so I missed out on hours and also the gas it took to get home. All of this could've been avoided if the provider had the correct info on their zocdoc profile.
