Dr Paul is personable and thorough. The practice is aesthetic oriented and the office reflects as such but with no judgements or silent snickers. Services covered span all ear, nose and throat services, in addition to rejuvenation.
I was rest assured that the professionals were close to the expertise of the hospital across the street but the office experience is far from the cold corridors of a hospital. The building is actually across the street in a private building and parking garages are plenty within the block so that you don't have to engage with the hustle and bustle of hospital traffic and emergency vehicles.
Modern art and decor adorn the lobby. Very clean. There is plenty of space and no waiting on top of each other. Staff is beautiful and super friendly. Very relaxed feel.
In the patient rooms affixed are big, modern flat screens to help accompany you through diagnosis so that you get the full picture. Dr Paul instantly makes you feel at ease with his expertise, personal touch and ability to build rapport on varying levels. Has good hands. His treatment plan is intuitive and effective.
