Arrived to the office, and they weren't even aware of my appointment. Scheduled one on the spot because I was there already. Had to wait close to an hour, before they brought me into a room to see a different doctor that I didn't even book. The doctor was very short with me, performed a quick test for sciatica, then said go get tests and bring them back to me, bye. Poor bedside manner and it seems like he was very eager to get me to leave. Would never go here again, I have already switched doctors and my new doctor is a million times better.

There were regular patients who clearly had a much stronger rapport with office staff, so I imagine the office isn't that bad really. But my own personal experience was not good. In person, the front desk person was very personable and helpful. While being seen by the doctor, I had to force him to listen to why I was there to begin with, and not just be asked a few questions and determine the problem and solution. Whoever I spoke with over the phone after my visit was much ruder than whoever I spoke with in person at the office. I do not plan on returning if I don't have to.

I was a new patient at this doctor's office, my appointment was at 10:30 I understand you have to wait at these doctors appointments I filled out my paperwork the staff there they do not communicate with you like they should and you're just sitting around waiting and waitng, I was there an hour and a half waiting when I finally went to get all of my paperwork I filled out because I was leaving the only response I got was sorry about that I will never go back there

Worst level of service known to mankind. Staff is very rude, and aggressive. Went there to see Dr. Uh and was seeing by another doctor which was fine...1/week later and they have yet to forward my script over to the radiology in order to get the authorization for my MRI. I called and gave them the info, along with the fax number. Called back to confirm that they sent it over only to be given the run around by a very rude worker. “Her exact words, I did not work last week Wednesday so I don’t know who you spoke to” like really?? I had to ask her if there’s not a file of mine there that she can view to get all the info that she’s asking me. Stated that she didn’t know if the script was sent over so here I am with still with a swollen knee, no MRI, no X-ray, and no treatment as no one can tell me if the script was sent over to the radiology. I was annoyed, and upset as I’ve been in pain. The young lady seem as if she was irritated by me asking her questions and expressing how unprofessional they were. Now in the process of finding another doctor as this one is definitely not going to work for me....they need to do better.

I saw Dr. Guilloule. I have always waited when I have seen an orthopedist. This is no different. Make sure you have nothing to do for several hours. The staff is nice. The doctor gave me a quick diagnosis and ordered some exams. It took less than 10 minutes. I got what I really needed which was a PT script. But if anyone finds an orthopedist who consistently honors the time appointment let me know. I have yet to find one.

I did not enjoy my visit at all. When I got to the office, I went to the front desk to check in for my appointment, and it turns out that despite my previous doctors sending them all my medical records and necessary information, they were not able to receive it, as something was most likely wrong with their system. All in all, the people at the front desk were very unprofessional. Moreover, my wait time was very long, and I was met by doctors who seemed like they couldn’t care less about the physical pain and suffering that I was in. I did not receive any good treatment coming out of this appointment, and they asked me to wait another 3 days to administer my shot because they were not available at the time. I am very displeased with my experience with this clinic.

Waited for this doctor for 2hours and 40mins and still couldnt meet him. The people working there should know that the patients don't have their entire day off and dedicated to wait for a doctor for more then 2 hours. Especially with those who are in a condition in which they can't wait. Staff wasn't helpful at all.

Came in for tingling sensation in arms,
Brought my medical records and my patience.
What could've been a simple same-day/week neurological test was dragged out for a month.
And the wait for every appt was 1hr+
The doctor rushed through all my appointments in 5-10min, no explanation, no inquiries, nothing.
He did not give me a chance to be precise either.
Instead he set up multiple appts for tests that I already did with another doctor only to tell me the same thing they did, what a waste of time!

Dr. Uh was very direct and honest about my situation. However, the building he is in has many other doctors and only a handful of nurses. This creates a seemingly everlasting lag between check-in and meeting with the doctor. He is worth it though. If you want a doc that won't beat around the bush, he's your guy.
