Dr. Bennett Desadier has over four decades of experience and privileges at Saint Vincent hospital. He was born and raised in Gary, Indiana and graduated from Fisk University in Nashville, TN in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After his undergraduate tenure, Dr. Desadier relocated back to Indiana and settled in Indianapolis, where he attended Indiana University School of Medicine and received his M.D. in 1972. Dr. Desadier continued his medical training as an intern at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, Illinois in 1972 and completed his residency in Toledo, Ohio in 1976. After his residency, Dr. Desadier joined the OB/GYN staff at George Air Force Base in Victorville, California from 1976-1978. He subsequently went back to Scott Air Force Base and served as Chairman of the OB/GYN department. He held that position until 1980 when he moved back to Indianapolis, Indiana to begin private practice.
