Bettina was great and very knowledgeable. Her staff however does not know anything! I asked if they needed urine for my pap smear and they said no so i went to the restroom only so the other nurse could make me wait till i had to urine again to collect it!! And it has been a month already and they still say they have no results! I was told 7-10 business days!! It has literally been 30days!! I will NEVER return here!! And will not be recommending this office to anyone!!

I have no opinion of her because her receptionist is ratchet and lack knowledge on how to print out paperwork instead she tried to force me to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Hello! I checked in online genius all you have to do is print out the paperwork!!!! Do waste my time making me filling out paperwork that you already have!!!
