Great to find out that they will remove ear wax. My ears had gotten clogged up and I did not want to take off work to go to a normal hearing center. They took care of me on a Saturday and fit into my schedule.

I was from out of town, so my daughter recommended them.. When I walked in I noticed how nice and clean the waiting room was and how friendly the receptionist greeted me. I had not completed my paperwork online, so she helped me complete the forms. There was some discussion about whether my insurance was accepted there, but it was cleared up quickly. I waited about 15 or 20 minutes in the waiting room and was then taken back to an exam room. The Tec did my vitals and did a Covid test and strep test. Not long after he left, the nurse practitioner came in and gave me the results of my tests and gave my several prescriptions to clear up my symptoms. I was Very pleased with my visit and would go back again if it were needed.

The EXTREME lack of urgency, or attention to my appointment time. I took time out of my work day to come to this appointment, and was told to sit in the lobby after I checked in. It wasn't until an hour after my confirmed appointment time had passed did anything happen. This was only done when I asked when I would be seen. Not an apology for the long wait, not a "We'll be with you shortly", or a "Thank you for your patience". Nothing. Just an attitude from the desk personnel.

Let’s just say ever since I’ve been at this location and seen Hitomi Saso PA I have not been back to my PCP. It’s been a year. The staff is friendly listens and it’s a smooth experience. The hours are also convenient with my schedule.

The Doctor was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She ran the tests needed. I was dehydrated and couldn’t give a urine specimen so she decided to refund my out-of-pocket because she wasn’t able to fully treat my needs. I was surprised and very thankful. She advised me to go directly to the hospital for further evaluation. *****

Welcoming, friendly and rapid. Overall I felt safe and got the provider took care of my needs. The check in process was quick and easy, noticed that the administrator at the front was very helpful to a previous patient, making sure she was checked in properly. After I was checked in it was no more than a 5min wait. The provider was super attentive, provided me the right care and I felt feeling taken care of. The appointment itself took no longer that 30min from check in to walking out the door. Definitely recommended this facility!
