I love Dr. Hsia and the office. Been seeing Dr. Hsia for 11 years - she delivered my 1st son and was my OB for my 2nd. Even though I only see her once a year now, she still remembers me and my kids. Mary (nurse) is great too. It's like catching up with old friends when I have an appointment.
Dr. Hsia is not overly enthusiastic but she is thorough and she puts me at ease. Very professional bedside manner.

Felt very comfortable with Dr. Hsia. However the front desk staff were speaking inappropriately about patients on the phone and could clearly be heard in the waiting area. Front desk staff could use a bit more professionalism, but that won't deter me from seeing the doc.
